01Deposit money+
- Open the menu and choose Savings
- Select Deposit and enter the amount
- Tap Deposit money
- Approve the STK push on your phone
- Your balance updates automatically
02Create a group+
- Use search on the dashboard or + in Messages
- Select Create group
- Enter the business or SACCO name
- Select members
- Confirm Create group
03Withdraw money+
- Open Savings from the menu
- Select Withdraw and enter the amount
- Tap Withdraw money
- Enter the OTP sent to your email
- Funds reflect in your M-Pesa
04Add products & stock+
- Open the business group and tap the pin
- Go to Product manager and tap +
- Select New product and add its details
- To add stock, open Stock and select products
- Enter quantities and units, then confirm
05Send money to a group+
- Tap the pin in the business or Chama group
- Choose Send
- Select savings, income or a group member
- Enter the OTP sent to your email
06Sell products+
- Tap the pin in the group chat and choose Sell
- Select one or more products
- Enter the amount
- Choose cash or credit, then complete the sale
07Withdraw from a group+
- Open the three-dot menu in the group chat
- Select Settings, then Withdraw
- Enter the amount and confirm
- Enter the OTP
